Three threat to buy, One threat to activate.Use this card when you activate a monster with 4 or less Health. Instead of performing actions, remove that monster from the map and place it on this card. Each monster on this card still counts towards the group limit of its monster group.
When a hero declares a rest action, place each monster on this card in an empty space adjacent to that hero. Then, each of those monsters may perform an attack that targets that hero.
This card is pretty unique and interesting, but I have a difficult time seeing any use for it. On one hand, it says "use" instead of "exhaust" so you can spam it several times in oen turn to put all of your weak monsters onto the card, ready for a dive against the hero. But It still costs one threat each use, which is pretty costy if you are planning on using it on a group monsters.
There is also the fact that it's ultimately the heroes that decide when to do a rest action, so they can have their tanky knight use his first action to rest, endure the attacks, and then proceed to use the rest of the party's action to beat down your now sitting ducks.
One could argue that this occupies the heroes attention, which can be very profitable for the Overlord, but it's not like the monsters couldn't have occupied the heroes by just attacking them the vanilla way, without you spending 4 threat, and giving the heroes 4 fortune.
The usefulness seems especially low because of the limit of monsters of 4 health or less, which means that you aren't going to be diving in with much force.
Does anybody else have a different opinion on this card? As I mentioned, the mechanics of this card is fairly unique, being able to pick up a monster from the board, perhaps while it's carrying an objective token. But since the heroes can bring it down to earth and kill it, I have a real hard time seeing any utility value or clever schemes. It mostly seems like a pointlessly expensive surprise attack, where other plot decks can give you a lot more firepower for the same amount of threat.
